BLUE CHECK.
The blue check confirms that Circle has reviewed an account and found that it represents a real, notable, or high-risk identity people should be able to recognize quickly.
Who can apply
Creators, artists, public figures, community builders, event hosts, partners, and people at risk of impersonation can request review when the badge would help others find the real profile.
How you get it
You apply with your Circle handle, proof of identity or official representation, public links, and a short reason why people need to know this account is the real one.
How we decide
We review authenticity, account completeness, public relevance, impersonation risk, safety history, and whether verification helps the community understand the account faster.
What can block approval
Missing proof, unclear ownership, impersonation risk, incomplete profiles, misleading names, unsafe behavior, or attempts to buy credibility can lead to rejection.
What it is not
The blue check does not guarantee reach, ranking, immunity, or special treatment. Verified accounts still follow the same Circle community and safety expectations.
HOW WE REVIEW.
Every badge request is reviewed by people. We do not approve badges just because an account asks first, pays, or wants to look official.
